Apartment Design – KK Nagar

Westin is a compact residential apartment designed to balance privacy, daylight, and everyday functionality within an urban neighborhood. The building massing is kept simple, with clean horizontal lines and warm material accents to soften the façade.

Apartment layouts were planned for clear circulation, well-lit living spaces, and efficient room proportions. Balconies and openings are positioned to improve ventilation while maintaining visual privacy from surrounding buildings.

Material choices and exterior detailing were intentionally restrained to ensure long-term durability and a calm street presence. The project reflects Space Play Design Studio’s approach to practical planning, contextual design, and spaces that age well over time.
